Where It Began

I grew up in a small farming village in northern China. When my family could not afford my university tuition, my father cut down a birch tree we had grown and sold it to support my education.

That one tree changed the course of my life.

From One Tree to a Forest

After university, I worked for Japanese companies before founding Shirakaba Group — shirakaba means “white birch” in Japanese.

Later, I moved to Australia and founded Auschance, followed by JetOcean, JetLand, JetRoc, JetSpace and JetLink.

Along the way, I was fortunate to receive support, opportunities and experience from many people.

Now, I want to give something back by helping people take their first step and businesses move toward further growth.

This is the mission I want to carry forward.

すべては、一本の白樺から始まりました。

私は中国北部の小さな農村で育ちました。大学進学の際、父は私の学費のために、家族で育てていた一本の白樺を切り、その木を売りました。

その一本の白樺が、私の人生を変えました。

一本の木から、森へ。

大学卒業後、日本企業で経験を積み、その白樺への想いを込めて Shirakaba Group（白樺＝しらかば） を設立しました。

その後オーストラリアへ移住し、Auschanceを設立。そこからJetOcean、JetLand、JetRoc、JetSpace、JetLinkへと事業を広げてきました。

これまで多くの方々から、支えや経験、チャンスをいただきました。

そして今、その恩返しとして、新しい一歩を踏み出す人や、さらなる成長を目指す企業を支えていきたい。
